Introspective Skills is designed to guide learners on a transformative journey of self-discovery, emotional growth, and authentic leadership. Through its three interconnected modules, Self-Awareness, Emotional Management, and Inner Leadership, participants will learn to understand themselves deeply, master their emotions, and lead with purpose and integrity.
-
Module 1: Self-Awareness helps learners explore their personal values, strengths, and motivations using reflective tools like the VIA strengths model and Ikigai framework.
-
Module 2: Emotional Management develops emotional intelligence and resilience through mindfulness, cognitive reappraisal, and self-regulation practices that promote balance and well-being.
-
Module 3: Inner Leadership brings these skills together, focusing on leading oneself before leading others—building authenticity, trust, and purpose-driven action inspired by models like Simon Sinek’s Start With Why.
By the end of the program, participants will have built a foundation of inner clarity, emotional mastery, and self-leadership skills essential for thriving personally, professionally, and socially.
